Do I need to have an instrument before I start my lessons? Do I need to have one of my own?Is not mandatory to own an instrument before starting your musical journey. The Teacher can advise you and assist you acquiring one. It is though necessary to consider getting one for practise purposes.

Is The Teacher doing home visits? Where are the lessons taking place?The Teacher does not travel to the Student's home. All the Students are coming for their lessons to The Teacher's studio.

How do I change my lesson? Step by step guide...You can track past and future lessons in My Bookings Session. Only future lessons can be amended by the Student. Timings have to be agreed with the Teacher prior to making any change to the schedule. A new booking confirmation will be generated following the change. A reminder for your lesson will be sent to you 1 day before the lesson.

How do I book my lesson? Step by step guide....First the Student must check with the Teacher if the slot they would like to book is available, providing that is not your regular slot already agreed with the Teacher when they started your musical journey. Once the day and the time has been agreed with the Teacher go to Book My Lesson page and choose the correct pricing plan. Then choose the date and the time mutually agreed. You will then be directed to the Check Out page. On the Payment section please choose from the drop down menu between Pay For This Lesson and the {name} Plan (if you purchased one) to deduct the lesson from the plan. You must provide all the details required in the form in order to complete the booking process. Once booking has been completed a Booking Confirmation will be sent to the email you have provided which includes also the Teachers address.

What is an FAQ section?An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

What happens if I miss my lesson?As per Cancellation Policy, highlighted in the contract, all cancellations are free of charge if The Teacher is notified at least 24h prior to the time when the lesson is supposed to take place. If the lesson has been already paid The Student has the choice to ask for a refund or to carry over the paid lesson to the following week. If for any reason The Student needs to cancel their lesson and they notify the Teacher within 24 hours, prior to the time areed with the Teacher (less than 24 hours) or they miss it, the lesson must be paid in full and is not refundable. In both situations The Student is offered the opportunity to recover the lesson they miss that week and will be discussed with The Teacher the mutual availability to accommodate the recovery lesson.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
